      We rent a wide range of camera equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting equipment, and accessories.
    • How do I make a reservation?
      You can make a reservation by contacting us via phone, email, or our online booking system. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
    • What forms of payment do you accept?
      We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. We require a deposit to secure your reservation, which will be returned to you upon the return of the equipment in the same condition.
    • How long is the rental period?
      Our standard rental period is 24 hours, but we offer flexible rental periods to suit your project's needs.
    • Can I extend my rental period?
      Yes, you can extend your rental period based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
    • Do you provide technical support or training?
      We provide basic instructions on how to operate the equipment, but we do not offer extensive technical support or training. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the equipment before renting it.
    • Is insurance required for renting equipment?
      We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance to protect yourself from any potential damages or losses. We offer insurance options to our customers.
    • What happens if the equipment is damaged or lost?
      You will be responsible for any damages or losses to the equipment while in your possession. We will assess the damage and provide an estimate of the repair costs or replacement value.
    • Can I cancel my reservation?
      Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but we have a cancellation policy. Please refer to our rental agreement for details.
    • What is your return policy?
      You must return the equipment by the agreed-upon return time and date. Late returns will be subject to additional fees. We will inspect the equipment upon return, and any damages or missing items will be charged to you.
